ABOUT THE COFFEE PRODUCTION
This coffee is the result of the meticulous work of five families from the Colombian region of Huila, who handpick each cherry with care and dedication to their craft. The coffee trees flourish on picturesque slopes at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 1,750 meters, where the air is filled with the aromas of nature, and the soil enriches each bean with unique qualities.
In the cup, vibrant notes of red fruits and berries unfold, surrounded by the lush aroma of ripe raspberry, crisp apple, and tropical pineapple. This coffee is traditionally processed using the natural method, preserving its rich bouquet and enhancing its inherent sweetness. Harvested from September to October, at the peak of the season, these cherries reach their prime, transforming into a true masterpiece of coffee.

Huila is more than just a region; it is the soul of Colombian coffee, which we are proud to share.
